Thule/Yakima Replacement Parts
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of Thule/Yakima replacement parts.

Roof Mount Cargo Boxes
For your convenience Thule roof mount cargo boxes and Yakima roof mount cargo boxes ship directly to both residential and commercial business addresses, please supply either a residential or commercial business address for delivery at checkout. Please note that Inno roof mount cargo boxes ship only to commercial addresses. Please supply a commercial address for delivery at checkout if ordering an Inno roof mount cargo box. Alternatively, if you have any questions or if a commercial address is not possible please contact us to discuss arranging delivery to a local freight hub nearest you. Please inspect your roof mount cargo box before signing and accepting delivery from freight company as ORS Racks Direct cannot accept returns of these specific freight delivered items after delivery has been accepted by the customer. Please note roof mount cargo boxes do not qualify for any ORS Racks Direct coupon / promotional offers.

Return Policy
ORS Racks Direct gladly accepts exchanges free of charge. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date, we ask that you please call or email for an RA# as this will facilitate processing. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any items that are returned used, altered or without the original packaging will either be returned to the purchaser at his/her expense, or the value of missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. Where ORS Racks Direct is not responsible for a necessary return, please note that return shipping is non-refundable, and a 10% restock fee will be applied to returns. If you place an order on our web site within 30 days of your returned order, the 10% restock fee will be credited to your new order. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound ground shipping price for items returned (applies when ORS Racks Direct is not responsible for a necessary return). Clearance/Close-Out items and REDHOT DEALS are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Shipping Damage Policy
All shipping damage claims must be reported to ORS Racks Direct within 30 days of receipt of product for replacement or repair.
