Poor marketing impacts good design

The Inno Gravity Ski & Snowboard Rack has an attractive design, it is relatively simple to install on roof racks, and comes at a decent price point for what it offers. I did not have the chance to test drive the Gravity with a load (ski), but I did drive around with the system mounted on my V50 roof rack, which is a Yakima with round cross bars. The wind noise is decent and did not notice anything annoying. With no load and no adapters for round Yakima cross bars, the front carrier tends to rotate slightly around the cross bar.
On the negative side, why not clearly indicate the availablility of adapters? Why not providing longer screws, as others mentioned in their reviews?
Value - price vs quality
Good selection of materials
Cons:Lack of communication of possible need for adapters to Yakima round cross bars
Vertical package - at 9.5 inches from top of roof to top of carrier, it seems a high package. I would have expected around 7inches in height
