The Inno IN-SU rack was a breeze to install on my 2010 Pontiac Vibe and holds tight to the car. Everything fits like it should and the directions were easy to follow. I like the way it looks. I have recommended ORS and this rack to my friends.

Worth Much More Than Price Paid

(PLEASE NOTE: also includes a review of Inno INA381 Fork Lock bike rack and Inno INA262 large fairing.) I was a little skeptical on purchasing all Inno products for transporting my mountain bikes. I have used much more expensive systems and did not expect much for the price paid. All the Inno items I purchased look great, work perfect and have the quality of a much higher priced system. The Inno INA381 works great for my 2.2" tire and my 2.5" will just squeeze in the bike tray wheel well. I have both a quick release and 20mm axle with adapter and all the bikes sit secure. With the fairing there is no added noise and gas mileage is about the same. If I need it and Inno makes it, I am buying it.

Same quality as Yakima and Thule, but a lot cheaper and affordable. Looks nice, is easily installed and secured. Free locks are very cool feature.

Excellent product and great value; it is easy to install and I feel very confident having my kayaks on my roof with this system. Tne Inno roof rack also looks stylish on my '07 Nissan Versa.

I was apprehensive about putting anything on my roof and scratching the paint. This rack system was easy to install per the instructions that were included. It was even easier to remove with no damage to the paint at all. We had a hard cover top luggage carrier attached to the racks for over 2,000 highways miles and everything worked perfectly.

I bought this rack expecting a low quality rack for the price, I was definately wrong. Installed flawlessly with little to no effort, amazing quality and the packaging shows they care about their products. I've been a Thule Racks guy for over 20 years. When I bought my 2011 Toyota Highlander, Thule had nothing listed. Found the Inno line and saw that they had a compatible setup for 2010. So I called their tech service line to inquire. The guy I needed to talk with was out of the office for lunch, but they promised he would call me back. I was pleasantly surprised when he called back in less than two hours. He confirmed the fit and I ordered that day. ORS filled my order and it was delivered next day. Perfect fit and perfect customer service (both Inno and ORS). High quality and the price includes the locks. There's a reason why Inno owns over 80% of the market in Japan for car racks. I will buy from both Inno and ORS again, for sure.

Strong, Sturdy, Noisy

The rack is well designed, and certainly sturdy. I had no issues mounting Inno's surfboard carrier to it. Both with the rack only, and rack with carrier, it is far too noisy for me. I tried another companies noise reducer, no luck. It is a whistle sound, and quite a bit louder than I would expect. With the surfboard on, the noise is cut down a lot.

The IN-SU base system installed quickly without any problems. I didn't know the length of the cross bar to go with so I selected to let you guys figure it out, and it was the correct size for my car. I have had no problems with the rack getting loose and even better I can now access my trunk with my hitch rack now gone. The bike racks work great and I love the locking feature that is included that I would have to pay extra for with Yakima or Thule. I still need to get a fairing and cargo hauler but will definitely order from you guys in the future as the items shipped quickly and at a very good price!

I compared the Inno racks with the two other major manufacturers and after talking with the helpful staff at ORS Racks Direct ordered a base rack system for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. The rack is of excellent quality, was easy to install, and is much less costly than Yakima or Thule. At the time of purchase this system came with the locks included at no extra cost. I use it to carry two 12' kayaks. I use the SportsRack J-cradle style for one boat, and a Yakima HullRaiser J-rack for the other. This "multinational" rack system works extremely well.

Purchased this roof rack system after research and comparison. It installed without difficulty and it works with my ski rack and bicycle rack from different vendors. I've received many "looks good" comments. ORS offered this product at a price that the local "beat any price outfitter" couldn't match and their customer service is top notch too. Will not hesitate to purchase additional products from them.

The instructions were easy to follow and install is very simple to perform. I use the rack to carry two perception kayaks and they fit great. I remove racks when not in use and removal and replacement is done in a flash. I purchased the fairing and the rack system is very quiet.

The Inno IN-SU roof rack system came with easy to install instructions - I was able to install on my vehicle under 1 hour. It carries my existing cargo box just fine. When I take the cargo box off, it looks sweet with the extra wind fairing accessory. My only qualms has nothing to do with the rack system: (1) my vehicle's roof doesn't allow me to spread out the 2 cross bars more to carry a much longer item (canoe, etc.) for more stability; (2) I had a little difficulty installing the wind fairing due to wrong screw plugs (ORS Rack Direct hooked me up w/ replacement parts within the week - excellent service!)

I ordered an Inno rack system for my "naked roof" Murano. I needed it quickly and ORS Racks Direct customer service bent over backwards to get it shipped to me quickly and in time for my college road trip. The rack installation was easy, and it worked perfectly.

When I decided to buy this product, I wasn't sure if it would work/fit with my car since it's a small subcompact. I was wrong. This product is durable, looks very nice (especially with the Inno fairing) and was fairly easy to install. The only problem I had with the directions is that they were not quite detailed enough. However, it still only took me about an hour to put the whole thing together. On a scale of 10, I'd give this product a 10.

First, ORS is really excellent to deal with. They answer emails quickly and keep you updated. All A+. The rack is nice and solid and doesn't mark or oilcan my roof. The instructions are professional looking and detailed. The feet fit around the gutter-ledge above the door frame with part of the rubber foot sitting on the black rubber strip in the cars roof, and part sitting on the metal roof outboard of that. I prefer that to the way the Yakima fits this car, where the feet sit further outboard on the steeply sloping part of the roof/door frame (examined one I saw in a parking lot). My only gripe is that the rubber feet don't look like their 100% customized to fit this specific roof. The instructions tell you (and the design requires you) to mount the feet a little inboard of the spot where they would fit snuggly against the vertical ledge in the roof, so you end up with a gap, especially at the front of the car. If you move the feet further out, the clamps won't tighten properly. Everything fits solid but it makes it look more like a very good fitting universal rack, rather than a rack customized for the specific car. But back to bottom line - it's solid, doesn't mark my roof, the locks work well (won't stop a determined crook though) and I'm happy with the purchase. And I have to repeat that ORS is great to deal with.

(PLEASE NOTE: Thule 835PRO kayak rack also included in this review). The Inno Racks fit my Prius perfectly, quality product which installs/removes easily. Very impressed with Thule kayak racks, high quality, ease of use. Wish the kayak racks came with locks, like the IN-SU Inno Racks base rack does. For the price of the Thule, it would be nice if they were included. Both systems perform well and are quality items. Definitely satisfied...

Great Product, Fairing Is A Must

(PLEASE NOTE: Inno Rack Fairing also included in this review). Overall I'm very pleased with this roof rack. I found the instructions to be slightly confusing at first having never installed a roof rack before, but after a few minutes is was easy enough to figure it out and a snap to install. It was very noisy installed that way, but when I later installed the fairing (also very easy) it completely eliminated the wind noise and I'm completely satisfied with my new rack. Looks great on the 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback too.
