Jackie asks - Will this work on a 2011 Nissan Maxima 4DR sedan rear trunk? Also, would the Saris Bones 3 bike trunk rack also work on the '11 Nissan Maxima?
ORS Crew answers - Yes you are good to go with using both of these models as a 2011 Nissan Maxima trunk bike rack. Both fit perfectly.
Don Dale asks - Before I buy I need to know if this will work as a 2010 Toyota Camry trunk bike rack (4Dr sedan model)?
ORS Crew answers - Yes this is a confirmed fit, works as a superb trunk mount bicycle carrier on the 2010 Toyota Camry for carrying 1 bicycle.
Kate W. asks - This carrier looks like it doesn't have anything to prevent the bike from possibly hitting the back of the car. Do you recommend any accessories to prevent bike to car contact?
ORS Crew answers - Great question. This is a very economical carrier, and hence does sacrifice some features found on more expensive models, such as anti-sway cradles. However, we highly recommend the Saris Protect-O-Pads to effectively prevent direct contact of the bicycle with the back of the car. These are foam blocks that quickly attach anywhere on the bike to protect the car.
Emiah41 asks - Will it fit a 1997 Toyota Camry?
ORS Crew answers - Unfortunately the Solo is not compatible with the '97 Camry. However, we do highly recommend the Saris 805 Bones 2 bike rack as a superb alternative for a 1997 Toyota Camry trunk bike rack. This carrier includes anti-sway cages that prevent the bicycles from swinging into the back of the car or each other.
M. Watson asks - Will this fit a 2007 Kia Spectra? I thought I saw it on one the other day but am not sure.
ORS Crew answers - The Solo is not compatible, however the Saris Bones 2 and Bones 3 both work superbly as 2007 Kia Spectra trunk bike racks.
