The Thule 477 Short Roof line Adaptor integrates with the Thule 400XT Aero roof rack system and Thule 480 Traverse car rack system to extend the cross bar spread up to 28 inches between the front and rear load bars. This increase allows you to then safely mount any Thule roof mount gear carriers onto the rack bars.
