The Thule 830 Stacker kayak rack carries up to four kayaks and is the most efficient way to carry multiple kayaks. The Stacker can be mounted directly to both Thule oval Rapid Aero & square load bars, Thule Xsporter pickup truck racks, Inno racks cross bars, Yakima round cross bars and virtually all factory installed roof racks with cross bars. A superb solution for efficiently transporting multiple kayaks. Uses up less crossbar space than other kayak rack styles, allowing you also to carry multiple kayaks along side other gear carriers. The pair of Thule 830 kayak stacker uprights can also fold down when not in use. This offers increased aerodynamics and a nice clean look.

- The included pair of Thule Load Straps will secure two kayaks. Order a second pair for additional kayaks (see accessory add-ons below).
- The included a pair of Thule 855 Quickdraw ratcheting tie down straps secures one kayak bow and stern. Order additional 855 Quickdraw straps (see accessory add-ons below) for safe transport of additional kayaks.
- The 830 Stacker kayak carrier attaches directly to both Thule oval Rapid Aero bars & square load bars, Inno Racks cross bars, Yakima round bars and virtually all factory roof rack cross bar systems.
- For complete boat protection, we recommend using this kayak rack in combination with Thule bar pads (not included; see accessory add-ons below).
- We highly recommend the Inno Racks INA451 Cradle Set (not included; see accessory add-ons below) for easy loading of kayaks onto kayak stacker style kayak racks. The Inno INA451 prevents each kayak from sliding down and holds it upright & in place when loading.

I purchased the Kayak Stacker to transport two Old Town kayaks. I wanted a unit that did a good job and wasn't a pain to use or to store. Thule Racks did a good job with this design; it's easy to install and works well for my application and needs. The unit is sturdy enough and performs the task easily. I heartily recommend this unit.

ORS Racks Direct crew says - This carrier works on oversize, large-diameter factory rack crossbars such as the Nissan XTerra, as well as the Thule-DeWalt 375 / 376 PRO truck racks, however you will also need to use the Thule Xadapt 3 Kit (includes 80mm long bolts) to properly mount it to the Nissan XTerra factory rack bars.

We recommend the Lashlock canoe lock, SteelCore lock straps or Lasso Security Cable (not included; see accessory add-ons above) to protect your kayaks from theft.
