The tilt-down Thule 956 Parkway hitch bike rack for 2 inch hitch receivers is an entry-level system that features solid Thule Racks construction at an economical price. Tilt-down design of the Thule 956 Park Way provides complete access to rear of vehicle. Includes soft rubber cradles that are made to protect bike frames while holding bike securely. Optional Thule 950 Zip Stick II anti-sway device (not included; see accessory add-ons below) offers full stability of bicycles, preventing bikes from swaying or movement while in transport. Optional Thule STL2 Snug-Tite lock & key (not included; see accessory add-ons below) locks bike hitch rack to receiver. We recommend the Thule cable lock (not included; see accessory add-ons below) to secure bicycles to carrier. Thule 956 Parkway carries up to 4 bikes.
