Simply slide each cradle arm down onto each bike frame and clamp each bike wheel inside the bike tray wheel holders and you are ready to roll. Includes Thule Stinger Swinger so the 990 Thule DoubleTrack fits both 1 1/4" & 2" receiver hitches right out of the box, no additional adapters necessary. The fully adjustable, independent bike tray wheel holders allow for the transport of any shape, size, height or length bicycles (including freeride & downhill bikes, even bicycles with fenders) and no bike seat to handlebar interference when loading 2 bicycles. Bike trays accommodate all tire widths, from skinny 1" road tires to fat 3" mountain bike tires. Thule 990 Double Track completely folds up and out of the way when not in use, offering great rear-end clearance when pulling into garage, parking spaces etc. We recommend the Thule STL2 Snug-Tite Lock (not included; see accessories below) to lock the 990 DoubleTrack to the receiver hitch.
