The Tilt-Down Thule 996XT Expressway hitch bike racks for 2 inch hitch receivers are full-featured hitch bike carriers from Thule - with all the accessories included. The 996XT Expressway replaces the discontinued 996 model. Tilt-down design of 996XT provides complete access to rear of vehicle. Integrated cable lock & key secures bikes to rack while included STL Snug Tite lock & key eliminates wobble and locks bike hitch rack to receiver. Innovative T3 Cradle and No Sway Cage combination offers easy bike adjustment and full stability of bicycles, preventing bikes from swaying or movement while in transport (eliminates need for the Thule 950 Zip Stick anti-sway device). Thule 996XT Expressway carries up to 4 bikes.

  Alternatively, choose the Thule 995XT Expressway 1.25 inch hitch bike rack.
• Full vehicle access with tilting down design.
• T3 cradles lock down bikes and cradles while still allowing complete adjustment along bike arms. No Sway Cage prevents bike movement.
