The Thule 881 Top Deck kayak rack offers a great alternative to full featured kayak saddles. The Thule Top Deck is a complete universal kayak carrier system that includes everything needed to transport a kayak safely and securely - at an economical price. This system is a complete set for carrying one kayak. Thule 881 TopDeck system attaches directly to both Thule oval Rapid Aero & square load bars, Thule Xsporter pickup truck racks, Inno Racks square crossbars, Yakima round cross bars and virtually all factory installed roof racks with cross bars (use our Thule Racks Automated Fit Guide, see above or below, to check compatibility with vehicle factory racks). Includes all hardware, 2 rack straps, buckle bumpers and a pair of non-ratcheting tie down straps for securing boat bow and stern.

For the price, you can't beat these saddles. Fit great on the Thule 376 Pro Series truck rack usung the Thule Xadapter3. Easy to install and very adjustable for the belly of my kayaks. Highly recommend!

ORS Racks Direct crew says - This carrier works on oversize, large-diameter factory rack crossbars such as the Nissan XTerra, as well as the Thule-DeWalt 375 / 376 PRO truck racks, however you will also need to use the Thule Xadapt 3 Kit (includes 80mm long bolts) to properly mount it to the Nissan XTerra factory rack bars.
Hector asks - Will the 881 work on the Thule-Dewalt 375 truck rack I have on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma pickup truckbed?
ORS Crew answers - Yes, just make sure to use the Thule Xadapt3 Kit when attaching this kayak rack (and most other Thule kayak carriers) to the 375 PRO and 376 PRO truck rack load bars.
