The complete Thule 430 Tracker II base roof rack system attaches to vehicles with factory installed racks and track systems. Simple to install and remove. The TK Tracker Kit snaps into the factory rack tracks, replacing the weak and/or incompatible factory rack setup. The 430 Tracker II Feet then simply attach to the TK Tracker Kits. Once the Tracker Kit is installed, the Tracker Foot removes with the push of a button.
This system also works with all Thule permanently installed Tracks and certain vehicles with pre-installed attachment points provided by the vehicle manufacturer. Also permanently mounts to Thule TK14 Tracker Kit (for metal surfaces) & Thule TK13 Tracker Kit (for fiberglass surfaces) for fiberglass truck cap, camper shell or tonneau cover etc & sheet metal roofs that have no factory rack already. Set of four TKCAP Covers also included for providing a finished look when Thule 430 Tracker II roof rack system is removed and only TK Tracker Kits are left on rooftop (Covers simply snap onto TK Tracker Kits). We highly recommend a four pack of Thule Locks (not included; see accessory add-ons below) to lock the rack to vehicle.
The Thule 430 Tracker II complete roof rack system includes all 3 components that are necessary for installing a general-purpose base rack on your vehicle's roof top, providing the platform that will allow you to then connect roof mount gear carriers that carry your gear and equipment:
- Four (4) Thule 430 Tracker II Feet.
- Four (4) Thule TK Tracker Kits (specific to your vehicle; see ordering notes below).
- Two (2) Thule Load bars (bar end caps included).
- Also includes (4) TKCAP Covers.
Updated for maximum user-friendliness with click-on/click-off mounting--no tools required. Innovative TK Tracker Kits allow for easy rack transference from one vehicle to another. This rack is super easy to install and use. The quick disconnect is perfect becuase I dont like to leave my bars and saddles on the top of the Jeep when not in use. Excellent product, fits perfect.

First off the service from ORS was excellent. The Thule rack components were a breeze to install & took less than 1/2 hour including finding the correct positioning. You can remove the whole rack in about 30 seconds, put the snap covers on, and you're left with 4 barely noticeable, low profile feet. I had a problem finding a good rack for the Jeep that worked well, didn't cost an arm and a leg, looked good, and was easily removeable, and I'm happy with this one.

Yes - really easy on and off (we could have probably skipped the locks - just click the racks off and put them in the car when not in use). Holds four kayaks with ease or sturdy enough for other uses. Also the sales folks at ORS were very helpful (second time we've bought things from them). In conclusion: Great system and great service.

These are great! They literally go on and come off in seconds so if you want to store them when not in use, you don’t have to make a day out of it. This feature of course means that they can also be stolen in seconds, so I would recommend protecting your investment by buying locks. They look great on the car because there aren't any clips showing and they feel totally secure once they're installed.

I wanted racks on my truck cap so I could carry my canoe. I ended up purchasing the Thule 430 foot system with a set of tracks that I had to install (DRILL) into my cap. Installing the tracks on my cap was a bit nerve racking, but once those were on the 430 feet clicked into the tracks with the Tracker Kit 1. That was incredibly easy to do. I chose the long tracks so that I would have the ability to adjust the spread of my crossbars. It took some time to install and was a bit stressful, but now that they are on there I am very pleased. I suggest locks for the towers because they can be taken off (RIPPED OFF) very quickly and easily.

We like the Thule 430, when we first got it the covers didn't fit correctly, we got replacements quickly. The covers still didn't fit 100% perfectly so my husband had to do something to get them to fit. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. We have used it for our roof top carrier on vacation and it was great, no problems.
Simple install....Sturdy.....Looks great!

I purchased this rack kit to install over my truck bed tonneau cover. Install was a breeze! The perfect solution for transporting our (4) bikes when we tow our travel trailer. These load bars are heavy duty! Secure the tracker kits in position, snap on the tracker feet, secure load bars....ready for bike trays. Simple push button removal to store bars and feet when not in use. These are so easy to remove, lock cylinders are a must. The only inferior part of this system is the TKCAP covers. The tabs inside the covers are paper thin. One of mine broke the first time I put it on, and the other three have a very loose fit. If not for the TKCAP issue, this kit would be 5 stars.

Tammy F. asks - How tall are the 430 and 430R Tracker II Feet? Do these systems come with load bars?
ORS Crew answers - The 430 Foot with the square bar and TK1 Tracker Kit base (typical Tracker Kit base) is approx. 4-1/2" tall. If you decided to use the 430R Foot for the aerodynamic AeroBlade load bars it will push it closer to approx. 4-3/4" tall. Yes the 430 Tracker II complete comes with square bars and the TK Tracker Kit needed for your specific vehicle, while the 430R Rapid Tracker II complete comes with AeroBlade bars and the proper TK Tracker Kit required for your specific vehicle.
