Shipping was extremely fast, but what I received didn't match the description!

The description, and picture, indicate that the pocket nuts are brass, but the ones I received were steel. Steel will interact with the stainless steel screws and make it very difficult to remove the pocket nuts later. I bought these specifically because the description, and picture, indicated the pocket nuts were brass. I called Tracrac and they said the old pocket nuts were brass, but they had replaced the brass pocket nuts with steel (The description is wrong on the Tracrac web site too!) However, you would think someone at Tracrac and someone at ORS would have noticed what was in the bag was not what was described on the web site and corrected it. I had a rack to attach and given, all ORS could do, was give me my money back, and that is the new style from Tracrac, I didn't call ORS. I just kept the bag of fasteners, applied anti-seize on the steel nuts and hope they don't weld themselves to the stainless steel screws.
Pros:
Fast shipping and a better price than from Tracrac
Cons:
Not what was described, or pictured, on the web site. Most of the blame has to go to Tracrac, who seem to be trying to save a few cents.
