The Yakima LoadStops (8005000) are an excellent economical, general purpose load carrier for items such as a canoe, ladders, lumber & plywood and more. Prevents cargo from shifting from side to side or front and rear rocking of load. Set of 4 LoadStop brackets included, which mount to Yakima car racks and truck racks. Yakima Load Stops connect to Yakima base rack round cross bars only. Recommended for use with a pair of Yakima heavy-duty straps (not included; see accessories below).- The sturdy L-shaped brackets are ideal for ladders, plywood & lumber, a canoe and more.
- Grippy ribbed surfaces of the Yakima LoadStops safely hold loads by preventing lateral shifts.

We recommend purchasing four Yakima Accessory Lock Housing Units (not included; see accessories below) to lock each LoadStop bracket to your Yakima base rack system crossbars. Each Yakima Lock Housing unit requires one Yakima SKS lock core.
