The complete Yakima Q Tower Half Pack System is the multi-purpose base rack solution for cars and trucks without rain gutters or factory racks and only need one cross bar and 2 Q Towers & Q Clips instead of the normal 2 cross bars and 4 Q Towers & Q Clips. The Half Pack system is an especially great component for creating car & truck racks to carry a canoe, kayaks, lumber, ladders and more on gutterless trucks and cars when used in combination with a rear receiver hitch rack or a pickup truckbed rack. For example, use a Yakima Q Tower Half Pack roof rack system up front on the car or pickup truck cab roof and a Yakima DryDock hitch mount canoe/kayak/ladder rack (sold separately; see accessories below) on the rear of your vehicle. Or use the Q Tower 1/2 Pack system up front and a 1/2 set of the Yakima Outdoorsman 300 truck rack system (sold separately; see accessories below) in the truckbed. The complete Yakima Q Towers Half Pack roof rack system includes all 3 components that are necessary to attach two Q Towers & one cross bar to your pickup truck cab roof or car roof top:- (2) Q Towers.

Yakima's recommended cross bar length will be provided unless otherwise specified below. CLICK HERE to view the cross bar size chart.
Two pack of Yakima's Same Key System lock cores (not included; see accessories below) is recommended for locking rack to vehicle.
