The Yakima SpareJoe spare wheel bike rack (8002618) is a convenient and easy to use spare tire mounted bicycle carrier. Quickly attaches and adjusts to most spare tire sizes and can transport two bicycles. Innovative design means there is no need to bolt on as other spare wheel mount bike racks require. For security we recommend a Yakima cable lock (not included; see accessory add-ons below).

Purchased this rack after getting fed up with the cost and quality of weekly bike rentals at the shore community I frequent. Needed an easy secure install. At first I was skeptical that this would be secure. Traveled a hundred and eighty miles with no issues. Cost of bike rack was half of bike rental for two bikes and minimal hassle. Reinstalling for the trip home was an absolute breeze! ORS Racks Direct was very helpful in helping me find the best rack for my needs.
